- Hi Lawrence,
-
- you asked whether you could use your MP120 with your Amiga.
- I don't konw, if there is software supporting directly backups and things like
- the NCK does (if there is, please tell me) on the Amiga side.
-
- I know that there exists software to upload *.pkg via xmodem and a terminal
- program like Term4.4.
-
- And, this is best in my eyes, the newest version of ShapeShifter (3.3) does
- support programs like the Newton Package Installer and FilePad Link (both
- tested on my Amiga4000-40 with MP120 OS1.3).
- I don't know if the Newton backup utility (delivered with NOS2.0) will work,
- but I think it will.
-
- Hope that I could help you. If you've got more questions on connecting MP120
- and an Amiga, please feel free to mail me directly, as I don't read this
- newsgroup regulary.
-
- Best regards, Michael
